Who are we?

A. Not Architecture N. Architects (P.) Ltd. (A.Not) was established with the mission of providing architectural and consultancy services to individuals, institutional as well as governmental, semi-governmental and private sectors involving in the development activities of the country. Its primary aim is to provide innovative and creative solutions to problems relating to architecture and its allied fields. It was established on April 8, 2007 and Date of registration as Private Company on August 21, 2019 by a group of Planners, Architects, Civil engineers, Surveyor and Management experts with an aim of bringing forth creative yet practical solutions to the civil engineering, architectural, and planning scene. The services of A.Not covers a wide range of activities comprising of Architecture Design, Urban design and planning, Urban conservation and heritage preservation, landscape design and planning, interior design etc.

Its primary aim is to provide innovative and creative solutions to problems relating to architecture and its allied fields. A-Not has the necessary organisationals structure and support services, accounting and operational control with technical expertise to provide multi-disciplinary consultancy services.

A-Not tackles designs with a different approach to every project that is laid on the drafting table, we favour no distinct style, instead we take into account the unique attributes of the site and the goals of the clients.

ENGINEERING

Our Engineering team generally ensures the possibilities of an architectural design to be built, guiding the Architecture and Planning teams with representations of alternative solutions to ensure the structure’s durability and flexibility against existing human and natural hazards.

PLANNING

In every planning endeavor undertaken, our team keeps a special eye on the social, environmental, and cultural issues and trends surrounding each project and suggests the proper timing and feasibility of developments for clients.

URBAN DESIGN

The parameters of the urban design team covers sustainability and a holistic design, encouraging discipline to modulate human activity towards a safer and more enjoyable environment, and promoting a better quality of life.

We examine the site to discover its limitations and possibilities and then consider these features alongside the environmental, geographical, cultural and behavioural context before offering design concepts to our clients. Once a selection is made, we begin the research, experimentation. and creation. Each member of our team offers his/hers specialised expertise to collaborate on and cover all the facets of a project, from the concept design stage to construction sepervision.
